Easy to swallow. I have previously used this company for their DIM product but this time I was looking for a good product to help with Phase II detoxification that Lifetropics information says it does, so I will continue to use this product.

Order was delivered promptly and in good condition

Good. There is a large element of trust on the purchasers part in buying capsules like this. I have been taking them for about a week but I have not noticed any difference. I would not expect to. I hope that by the time I have finished using all 60 capsules I do. I do believe that Brocolli has important health benefits but I don't understand how these 500mg capsules contains the equivalent of a large amount of fresh Brocolli. Perhaps that could be made more clear?
