- Another study found increasing the dosage of boswellia extract lead to increases in physical ability. [2]
- The same study found boswellia serrata to reduce OA knee pain compared with placebo. [2]

Please know that shipping is busier than usual this year. With many brick-and-mortar stores closing due to COVID-19, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a nationwide slowdown in deliveries.
Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. We continuously monitor this situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly.
Due to the closure of many brick-and-mortar stores in 2020, fulfillment centers and shipping carriers are busier than usual.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to process and ship, then the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We do not currently auto-ship or offer any product subscriptions.
Order only what you want, when you want through our online Lifetropics store.
Currently we do not ship internationally, although we plan to in the third quarter of 2021.
