Caffeine and L-Theanine

A natural nootropic stack for calm focus.

This 2-in-1 supplement combines 150mg Caffeine and 300mg L-Theanine in per vegetarian capsule. Each bottle contains 120 vegetarian capsules.

Natural Calm and Focused Productivity.

Several studies have found the combination of Caffeine and L-Theanine to reduce distractions and improve attentiveness.

Normally, when we drink caffeine, it is possible to get over-stimulated. L-Theanine counter-acts these jittery side-effects, keeping you in the optimal "focus zone" for work flow.

Ingredients

150mg of Caffeine: The same amount you would get in a Starbucks latte.

300mg of L-Theanine: An amino acid found in green tea that counter-acts the jittery effects of caffeine.

Directions:

Take 1 vegetarian capsule per day, with a meal for optimal absorption. To avoid developing a tolerance to it, do not take more than 2 capsules per day.

Within the United Kingdom, flat rate shipping is free and delivered in 3-6 business days. Our shipping provides emailed (or texted) updates on each step of the shipment (order received, order dispatched, order out for delivery, etc.)

Please know that shipping is busier than usual this year. With many brick-and-mortar stores closing due to COVID-19, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a nationwide slowdown in deliveries.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. We continuously monitor this situation and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly.

Due to the closure of many brick-and-mortar stores in 2020, fulfillment centers and shipping carriers are busier than usual.

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to process and ship, then the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We do not currently auto-ship or offer any product subscriptions.

Order only what you want, when you want through our online Lifetropics store.

Currently we do not ship internationally, although we plan to in the third quarter of 2021.
