This is my 2nd purchase of these supplements. I wanted to wait to review so could test efficacy & I must say they have been life changing for me. After repeatedly being told it’s ‘just hormones’ by GP, I decided to do my own research and came to these. So far so good. Only been taking these a few weeks however they seem to be keeping my symptoms at bay so far.
I could feel the difference within about two weeks of taking it and noticed an improvement in cycle and reduced PMS symptoms. It does a lot of good and highly recommend.

I have been using DIM and Estro for 8 months now. They have changed my life. I never understood why I developed my adult acne, having small white bumps on face and had quite heavy periods and painful breasts about 2 weeks before my period started. Then I realise it might be high estrogen so I have these a go. After 2 months of taking them my skin cleared up and ever since I repurchase these every 3 months and my skin has not returned to its old state since, no acne on my back and my breasts no longer hurt before my period. It has really helped and worked for me!
Am carnivore, so need more electrolytes. These are very helpful after pilates, long walk etc, esp as its so hot at the mo. Am 73.
It gives me wind although I know that is a normal side effect of broccoli . I will keep having it from time to time because it has great benefits health wise. Thanks

This is the 2nd time I've sent in my review ! First...I cannot take your product because it interferes with my medication ! You should include such info in your AD...what it interacts with. 2nd...There was a duties & excise tax of $32. that I had to pay beforw receiving product. I threw it away !
I was pleased to have found this combination from Lifetropics to replace the ones that were discontinued by another supplier. Delivery is excellent. The costs are very competitive. I have had success with DIm previously lowering a blood count considerably after taking it even for a relatively short period of time so feel confident this combination will sustain that when I have follow up tests. Its good to have the addition of the Broccoli Complex to enhance the DIM and takes the thinking out of how to and where to go to combine the best options = very helpful
I've taken Life Tropics Dim & Estro balance a few times before. I noticed within the first day, even 3 days later I lost excess weight all over, felt cleaner and feel happier in my body. Combined with whole food diet, exercise & good sleep, I'm going to take dim on an ongoing basis. I have recommended to everyone I know!

Being oestrogen dominant, and with the slow MTHFR gene variant, I need to support my detox pathways. These supplements really help, seems to reduce some of my aches and pains from inflammation too. Started taking these tablets as I was diagnosed with super high oestrodial and liver issues / overwhelm. Turns out I have oestrogen dominance caused by SIBO. I had really bad sock marks around my ankles showing bad water retention , really bloated in the stomach, dark circles under my eyes. Within one week, I kid you not the water retention in my legs subsided by about 80%, dark circles started to disappear, skin cleared up so I literally have airbrushed skin and my ribcage started to shrink down which is a sign my liver is not as overloaded. Btw, when you take these you need to take methylated vitamin B12 otherwise the oestrogen doesn't clear and it'll get recycled. I know I'll need to take these for about 6 months as my oestrogen levels are about 3 times as high as a normal woman.
